    Swimming is the all-round sport with all kinds of styles. To firm up the arms, the chest and the inner thighs, there's nothing like a bit of breaststroke. To tighten up the thighs and work that butt, finish off with a few lengths of backstroke. You'll feel you're on the crest of a wave.

  • Arms, buttocks: discreet exercise for maximum results.

    Wherever you may be, you can work those gluteal muscles. Stand erect while remaining static; contract your buttocks for 5 to 10 seconds then relax for 3 to 4 seconds. Run a series of 6 to 7 contraction cycles: the more you repeat the exercise, the better the result. As far as the arms are concerned, to tone them up keep a straight back while carrying around fairly heavy everyday items: a bag, a pack of water, etc., and hold them at arm's length while slightly bending the arms.

  • A good massage will do you good!

    Self-massage requires no one but you, so do yourself a favour. Apply the appropriate cream or oil over the entire tummy area.
