  • Arms, buttocks: discreet exercise for maximum returns

    Wherever you may be, you can work those gluteal muscles. Stand erect while remaining static; contract your buttocks for 5 to 10 seconds then relax for 3 to 4 seconds. The more you repeat the exercise, the better the result. To tone the arms up keep a straight back while carrying around fairly heavy everyday items: a bag, a pack of water, etc., and hold them at arm's length while slightly bending the arms.
