Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email from Clarins. If you do not receive this order confirmation email within an hour, please contact our customer service centre for assistance via email at shopping.sg@clarins.com or (65) 6838 6333 excluding Public Holidays and Lunch Hours.

 

Once your order is shipped, you will receive another email containing tracking information from SpeedPost. If you have a Clarins account, you can track the status of your order by clicking on “Order Information” within the "My Account" section. On average, your order should take between 3 to 7 business days to arrive.
