The 20-min treatment may be consumed with ANY face treatment except for Lifting Face Shaper ($175) and Lifting Line Smoother ($195). The 20-min add-on is not transferable and can only be used once with each one-hour facial treatment. The package is non-exchangeable and non-refundable after a cooling period of five working days from the date of purchase. Surcharges apply for Off-Peak packages utilised during Peak Hours. Off-Peak Hours are: 11.30am – 4.30pm from Monday to Friday, excluding Public Holidays. Appointments must be made and are subject to availability. A 24-hour cancellation notice period is required. Late arrivals will be subject to a reduced treatment time. All promotional items (including treatments or products) that accompany treatment packages shall be chargeable at the list price, in the event they are consumed and the treatment package is not completely utilised and/or is refunded and exchanged at any time.
