Where to put concealer?
Concealer is usually used to hide under-eye circles, blemishes, and other discolorations on the face. It is best applied on bare skin after moisturising and before foundation. To apply correctly, dot the concealer underneath your eyes, the centre of your forehead, around your nose and mouth, and on your chin.
