How do I sign up for the new Club Clarins loyalty program?

It's easy! Simply opt in to join Club Clarins when creating a Clarins.com account. If you already have a Clarins.com account, log in and go to My Account to sign up for Club Clarins. You will receive 10 points for signing up, our welcome treat!

How does the program work?

Club Clarins is a points-based loyalty program. Members earn points by shopping for Clarins products on Clarins.com and in retail stores and participating in select brand activities. The more points you earn, the higher your tier and the more benefits you enjoy—including an even more exciting selection of full size product rewards! Explore the rewards catalogue.

TIER 1:	Red	0 to 899 points
TIER 2:	Silver	900 to 3299 points
TIER 3:	Gold	3300+ points

How do I earn points?

Earning points is easy!

Red and Silver: $1 spent at Clarins.com and any authorised Clarins Stores = 1 point
Gold: $1 spent at Clarins.com and any authorised Clarins Stores = 1.5 point
Share your birth date with us = 2x points on Clarins purchases your entire birthday month
Shop Clarins.com = 50 bonus points in addition to the points earned from your order
Silver and Gold: Enjoy double points¹ for purchase during birthday month, valid one-time only

You can also earn bonus points from the below:

Complete your profile with your birthdate = 10 bonus points
Attend a masterclass = 20 bonus points
Make your 2nd purchase within 3 months from your first purchase = 25 Club Clarins points

Clarins.com and Clarins Stores or Spa purchases and activities are automatically credited to your account.

*Points earn only applicable on products. Spa treatments and packages are not applicable for points earn.
¹Double points for birthday is applicable only on the first transaction made during birthday month. Not valid on first transaction for new Club Clarins members.

Where can I see my points balance?

First, log in to your account on clarins.com.sg/account. Click on My Account, and navigate to My Points Recap. You will be able to view your current point balance and expiring points.

How do I redeem my points for rewards?

Log into Clarins.com and go to ‘Choose my rewards’ in My Account. Once you’ve selected your reward, add it to your bag and checkout. Note that rewards only shipping fee is $9.90. Simply combine your rewards with any purchase to enjoy free shipping with any order.

How long are the points valid for?

All points earned are valid for 12 months from the purchase date and will expire at the end of the month.

Do I have to wait a whole year to be upgraded?

No, upgrading is possible at all times of the year. As soon as your spending qualifies you for the next tier membership, you will automatically be upgraded.

When does my Tier expire?

Your Tier will be maintained for a 12 months period. You may enjoy a Tier upgrade if you have earned enough points in a rolling 12-month period, during which your 12 months Membership validity period will restart from the date of upgrade. Note that Tiers and points may expire on different dates depending on when each was achieved / earned.

Am I allowed to combine points with my friends?

No, each member is allowed to use the Club Clarins Points they earn within their own membership and may not combine Club Clarins points in any other way.
