Terms and Conditions
• Packages do not guarantee the service of any Beauty Therapist. Any requests for Beauty Therapist to conduct treatments shall be subjected to the availability of the said therapists.
• The guest is responsible for ensuring that he/she attends and is punctual for the treatment appointments. Do plan on an hour 30 minutes total time for a 60 minutes treatment and an hour 45 minutes for a 75 minutes treatment.
• There is a 24-hr cancellation policy. On each occasion where notifications are made fewer than 24 hours before the scheduled treatment appointment, or where the guest does not turn up for the treatment appointment, Clarins Pte Ltd reserves the right to forfeit one (1) treatment from the respective package.
• In the event the guest is late for the treatment appointment, the applicable treatment time will be shortened. Alternatively, the customer may choose an alternative treatment of a lower value and shorter duration to replace the original treatment.
• Clarins Pte Ltd.’s General Terms and Conditions of Sale shall also apply.
• All Prices are inclusive of GST and subject to changes without prior notice.

• With any Skin Spa package purchased from Clarins authorised Spa, you will receive a SMS notification from Boltech Insurance to update your email address. Boltech insurance is a registered insurance broker under MAS and this self-registration function is compliant with CaseTrust’s request. As part of the spa and wellness scheme requirements, it is necessary for all businesses to assist in ensuring that customers take the necessary steps to have their prepaid packages protected, regardless of the package amount. The issue of unutilised packages due to spa closures still persists, and prepayment protection is crucial to address this concern.

Reservation of treatment:
To book a treatment online, the client must choose between the different categories, then select the desired service. The client can then choose date and time of their choice, depending on availability.

Arrival:
To arrive at the reception of Clarins Skin Spa 10 minutes prior to your appointment.

Payment:
Payment is due on the treatment day is performed. Payment will be made, with the payment method of client’s choice, directly in Clarins Skin Spa after the treatment.

Conditions for modification / cancellation / delays:
The Client can modify or cancel his/her treatment, free of charge, at the latest 24 hours before the scheduled date of the appointment, by clicking on the cancellation link from the booking confirmation email, or by contacting Clarins Skin Spa. If the client is late, the duration of the treatment may be shortened out of respect for the following appointments.
