1. HOW EARLY DO I NEED TO ARRIVE FOR MY APPOINTMENT?
We suggest that you arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. This will give you a chance to prepare yourself, relax, and then fully experience all the benefits of your treatment from the start. This will also give us enough time to determine what your specific needs are on the day of your treatment.
2. WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?
We recommend wearing comfortable clothing and less accessories that allows you to change to our spa clothing according to the type of treatments you will enjoy on the day.
3. WILL I NEED TO UNDRESS COMPLETELY DURING THE TREATMENT?
For most of our treatments, our beauty therapists will ask you to remove certain articles of clothing. For our body treatments, we provide you with suitable disposable undergarments. Your comfort is our priority, and velvety-soft white towels will be used at all times to ensure your privacy.
Terms and conditions
Clarins Skin Spa at ION
- A surcharge of $35 applies for Off-peak packages utilised during Peak Hours. Off-peak hours are Monday to Fridays from 11.30am – 4.30pm (not including Public Holidays).
- Packages do not guarantee the service of any Beauty Therapist. Any requests for Beauty Therapist to conduct treatments shall be subjected to the availability of the said therapists.
- The guest is responsible for ensuring that he/she attends and is punctual for the treatment appointments. Do plan on an hour 30 minutes total time for a 60 minutes treatment and an hour 45 minutes for a 75 minutes treatment.
- There is a 24-hr cancellation policy. On each occasion where notifications are made fewer than 24 hours before the scheduled treatment appointment, or where the guest does not turn up for the treatment appointment, Clarins Pte Ltd reserves the right to forfeit one (1) treatment from the respective package.
- In the event the guest is late for the treatment appointment, the applicable treatment time will be shortened. Alternatively, the customer may choose an alternative treatment of a lower value and shorter duration to replace the original treatment.
- Clarins Pte Ltd.’s General Terms and Conditions of Sale shall also apply.
- All Prices are inclusive of GST and subject to changes without prior notice.

Reservation of treatment:
To book a treatment online, the client must choose between the different categories, then select the desired service. The client can then choose date and time of their choice, depending on availability.
Arrival:
To arrive at the reception of Clarins Skin Spa 10 minutes prior to your appointment.
Payment:
Payment is due on the treatment day is performed. Payment will be made, with the payment method of client’s choice, directly in Clarins Skin Spa after the treatment.
Conditions for modification / cancellation / delays:
The Client can modify or cancel his/her treatment, free of charge, at the latest 24 hours before the scheduled date of the appointment, by clicking on the cancellation link from the booking confirmation email, or by contacting Clarins Skin Spa. If the client is late, the duration of the treatment may be shortened out of respect for the following appointments.
